General information of this online store

These design products and contemporary jewellery peaces are sold by me Kirsi Manninen. My company and artist name is LITTLE BIG WOMAN, business ID 2772977-4. Ordering

The customer ordering from the online store must be an 18-year-old, Independent individual. A minor can only order with the consent of a parent.

The products are generally ordered via the Internet at www.littlebigwoman.fi via the shopping cart. Products are introduced through product images and descriptions. You may also order by contacting me via email.

Before paying, you should verify the order information, ordered products and order quantities. Once the order has been paid via online banking, the order can no longer be changed.

All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.

The customer agrees to the order and delivery terms valid in connection with the order.

Estimated delivery time

I’ll deliver the items during 1-5 weekdays from the ordering day. If the product is not available or there will be other delay, I’ll contact you personally by e-mail as soon as possible. I am not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes outside our scope. The sales contract is sealed when the order is compleated in to the online store ordering system.

Delivery methods and costs

The ordered items will be delivered by Posti Express parcel (EMS): EU 1–3 working days.

Our packaging and delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method, country and are automatically added to the total amount of the order.

You have the right to return the item in 14 days from the ordering day. If you return your order you are responsible to pay for all postal costs and the item with the inside paggage must be in the same condition as I send it to you.

The delivery method and delivery fee are always accepted when ordering and the costs are included in the price of the products in the shopping cart.
